You will learn the basic safety rules, knots and climbing techniques. This way you will be able to test this unique sport! 

Climbing is a lot of fun. It helps you to get or stay in shape, to get strength, speed and balance.

This event is created for people who did not climb jet as well as for anyone who wishes to find a climbing buddy.

If you decide that this is something you wish to do more we will be more than happy to climb with you regularly or give you a full flagged course of belaying.
